New SMD quartz-package
The SMD crystal series HE1045 is the cheapest SMD quartz in quartz material housing.
The frequency range is 3,2768MHz ~ 7,000MHz.
It is equipped with 2, now also available with 4 soldering pads and extended temp. range from -40° C to +85° C available.
All crystals from our company are manufactured exclusively in clean rooms, in addition, the quartz material housing come from our own production. This high level of vertical integration allows high yields and thus very low prices combined with the best possible quality. Of course, with custom parameters.
The quartz housing are lead-free and compliant according to the EU directive 2011/65/EU RoHS. The soldering is carried out in accordance with the JEDEC standards J-STD-020C (Reflow).
The layout is compatible with the design of competitors products and thus a direct cost-effective alternative. The SMD crystal series HE 1045 can be used in almost all applications where a miniaturized quartz generator is required.
For new designs, we recommend using the 4-Pad-housing, because it is faster and easier to check the soldering for the assembly visually.
