The alternative
New approaches to the use of low-cost housing materials is the company auris-GmbH.
As an alternative to the usual market housing materials-ceramic housing from our own production is also offered.
All crystals are manufactured exclusively in clean rooms and in conjunction with this all-ceramic housing a high level of vertical integration is achieved.
This vertical integration allows high yields and thus very low prices combined with the best possible quality. Of course, with custom parameters.
Currently available housing variants are the AC3225 (3,2x2,5mm), AC5032 (5,0x3,2mm) and the AC1045 (10,0x4,5mm). The deliverable frequency range is from 3,2MHz to 40,0MHz and will be expanded.
The crystals are subjected according to the auris-quality standards of a 100% inspection and in addition according to the standard IEC 60444-6 (DLD) tested.
They are lead-free, RoHS compliant according to directive 2011/65/EU and can be prepared by JEDEC standard J-STD-020C (reflow) soldering.
